Quick Fit - A 50 minute class with warm-up and cool down
- Class can be a variety of cardio, step, and weights with no floor work component
Step Blast - A 60 minute class with 45 minutes of step including warm-up and cool down. This is followed by 10 minutes of abs and stretching.
Interval - This class consists of a warm-up and alternates step or cardio with weights for resistance training and lots of conditioning.
Butt N Gut - Oh Boy! This is a specifically targeted class for just what is says… Butt N Abs, two usual problem areas. Warm-up but no cardio component.
This N That - This can be a bit of everything. Always warming up, we’ll conduct class using a variety of cardio exercises and or resistance with weights, bands, tubes, etc.
4 x 4 - Alternating 4 minutes cardio floor exercises with 4 minutes weight resistance cardio without the use of steps.
Step N Pump - Warm-up to start and then step routines with some muscle conditioning tossed in
4 x 4 Ball - Alternating cardio, kick punch or high-lo with ball exercises using various muscle groups. HAVE A BALL!
Zumba - The newest dance/aerobic craze. Combines several dance styles into a fun, simple workout.
