My dad has always inspired me to be active and to push myself beyond what I thought possible. At 10 years old I had 4 years of running under me (with a few races in there). And had recently begun training Marital Arts when I found a biography of Lou Ferrigno and I couldn’t put it down! I was fascinated and inspired at what you could push your body to do.
As a wife and mother of two incredible kids, I know the challenges of finding time to exercise and come up with creative nutritious meals that the whole family will enjoy. I love getting my kids involved in meal planning and preparation, and brainstorming fun activities that we can do together to stay fit. To me it’s important that they grow up to enjoy fitness and exercise.. When it’s cold to go outside we rock the music and dance!
I started working at Echo Fitness in 2006. I love the atmosphere and the friendly faces! Health and fitness has always been a passion of mine, and one of my goals is to instill that passion in all of our members.
Personal interests:
- spending time with my family and friends
- enjoying the outdoors, whether working in the yard , playing with my kids at the park, or running/hiking/swimming
- weight training and plyometrics
- I love learning new things
